Product Availability
All of our products are handcrafted in small quantities to ensure freshness and superior quality to our customers. Occasionally we may be temporarily out of stock on a given product due to high demand, in which case we will notify you either by e-mail, phone or regular mail on the status of your order.
Order Processing
Ordering from us is completely safe and secure. Once your online order form is submitted to us, the order and credit card information are confirmed. We will send you confirmation within 48 hours after your order has been entered. Our goal is to have all orders placed within 48 hours after receiving them.
Artemis Botanicals offers safe, convenient on-line shopping. Just a click of the Add to Cart button will add your item to your shopping cart. You can change the quantity of your items by highlighting the quantity, type in your desired quantity and hit the Recalculate button!

This will update your shipping charges. When you are ready to check out, click on the Go To Payments button in your shopping cart. Our shopping cart is located on a Secure Server or SSL. This security protocol, called Secure Socket Layer, provides data encryption, server authentication, message integrity, and optional client authentication. You will know that it is a secure site when you see a full yellow key or a small closed padlock in the lower left-hand corner of your browsers window. You can also determine that the page is secure if the URL reads "https://" rather than the standard URL "http://". If the padlock is open or there is not a key, then the page is not secured. Artemis Botanicals only secures the page when asking for sensitive material like credit card numbers.

Our standard shipping method is U.S. Postal Service. Delivery generally takes 5 to 10 business days. If there is no one at home during the day, we suggest shipping to your work address. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number so that we can contact you if there are any questions pertaining to your order.
